◉ Scope of Services: We provide engineering and green-technology services (e.g. consulting, design, installation, and maintenance of solar power systems) as well as related financing and post-installation support. All features and deliverables will be described in project proposals or contracts.

◉ Quotes & Payment: All price quotes or estimates provided (online or in writing) are indicative and subject to change after a site survey, regulatory updates, or financing/lender approval. Specific payment terms (deposits, instalments, loans) will be detailed in your contract. Late or missed payments may incur penalties or service delays. Financing schemes (e.g. EMIs or loans) are arranged through third-party lenders and require their approval. We may assist with subsidy applications but cannot guarantee government approval or timelines.

◉ Installation & Warranties: Our trained technicians will install equipment using certified materials. Standard manufacturer (OEM) warranties apply to parts, and we typically offer a service warranty (e.g. 5 years free maintenance as an example). Any alteration or misuse of the system by others will void our warranty.

◉ Customer Obligations: Customers must ensure safe access to the installation site and obtain any required permits (e.g. society or government approvals). You agree to provide accurate information about the site and electricity usage. You are responsible for operating the system responsibly and following any maintenance guidelines we provide.

◉ Limitation of Liability: Green Resources is not liable for variations in system performance due to factors beyond our control (e.g. weather conditions, grid outages, or government actions). To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim will be limited to the value of the contract for the affected project.

◉ Disclaimers: We strive to keep our website information correct and updated, but we make no warranty of completeness or continuous availability. All website content and services are provided “as is,” and we disclaim all implied warranties (fitness for purpose, merchantability, etc.) to the fullest extent allowed by law. We also disclaim liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the website or services beyond what is permitted by applicable law.

◉ Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising hereunder will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the location of our headquarters (Kolkata, West Bengal, India) (analogous to the sample clause citing courts in Chennai).
